Billing claims are sent to insurance companies bi-weekly.
Invoices are sent to clients Monthly to the email address provided on the intake packet.
Payments Plan options are available upon request.
UTBS bills insurance or other funding sources as a courtesy to our clients and it is not required. It is your responsibility to provide verification of insurance in the form of insurance card copies.
