As a Behavior Clinician (BCBA or BCaBA) at Bridgeway Integrated Health Services (BIHS)(formerly at UTBS), you will play a crucial role in developing, conducting, and over seeing the delivery of behavior analytic services within your scope of practice as defined by theUtah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL)and adhering to best practice standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments
  • Setting goalsFormulating treatment plans
  • Supervising behavior technicians
  • Conducting parent and whole-family interventions

Applicant Requirements

All applicants must have an active license and ability to practice in the applicable state, including BCBAs and BCaBAs. Candidates that are within six months of obtaining their independent licensure are also encouraged to apply. All applicants must have acurrent driver’s license, pass a background check, work a minimum of 21 hours perweek, show commitment to professional development through mandatory trainings, andmaintain confidentiality about the clients, families,staff, and any other protected healthinformation (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA.
